We're happy to welcome you as a new customer to GardenMats®. Whether you've shopped online elsewhere before, or this is your first online purchase, be assured that ordering online with GardenMats® is quick, safe and easy!
Method of Payment
You may pay by credit card, PayPal or check. Use the shopping cart on the Home Gardener page if you are paying by credit card or PayPal. If you want to pay by check please click here to go to the Home Gardener Check Ordering Form page. After printing the form return to the Home Gardener page to see the list of GardenMats® products. Complete the form and send it and a check to us for immediate processing.

Whether you choose to pay by major credit card or your PayPal account, we use PayPal comprehensive services for all online payment transactions. PayPal is one of the world's leaders in providing industry-leading secure payment services. GardenMats® is a "Verified" PayPal merchant.1 When you order products from us you are automatically transferred to PayPal's secure website.2 GardenMats®never sees your personal financial information.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you add an item to your shopping cart you will go to your "shopping cart page" where you can enter the quantity of the item you selected or remove items. You can then either continue shopping by clicking on the "continue shopping" button 3 or proceed to check out by clicking on the "proceed to checkout" button which will take you to the "payment information page." You will be given a choice between paying by credit card or PayPal. Check on your preferred method of payment and fill in the blanks. After your payment is complete you will receive a confirmation.

If you want to order by phone and pay by credit card, please call Customer Service at 802-498-3314, 7am - 5pm (EST).
About Your Order
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Custom orders and international deliveries take a little longer. If you have questions regarding shipping or the status of your order, please contact Customer Service at gardenmats@comcast.net or call 802-498-3314, 7am - 5pm (EST).
- You can learn more about the PayPal Merchant Verificatioin designation by visiting their website at PayPal.com.
- Notice the change in the address bar of your browser from http://www.gardenmats.com to https://www.paypal.com. The "s" at the end of "http" means it is a secure website.
- If you use a tab-enabled browser and click on "Continue Shopping" on the PayPal website, a new window will NOT appear. To continue shopping simply click the Garden Mats tab above the PayPal window and the Garden Mats product page will re-appear. Likewise, after subsequent clicks on either the Garden Mats "Add to Cart" or "View Cart" buttons will necessitate clicking the PayPal tab to return to the PayPal website.
